This State of the Union could be a pivotal moment in American history, when the book is closed on ignoring the Constitution and substituting it with EXECUTIVE ORDERS , that will be the END of liberty for good. The only way to know for certain is to wait and see what Obama does and how Congress reacts.
And please excuse my ignorance, but could someone explain how Presidential Executive Orders are being enforced as if they are laws? I was always told that the Executive Orders are directives to the Ex Branch bureaucrats who enforce them on us...with the blessing of Congress. It is not in the Constitution. Where is it codified into law?

Real Americans shoe be thanking the Tea Party and its supporters, for actively warring against this.. The Tea Party seems to be the only group of people defending the Constitution. But the bed-wetters on the left aka Progressives seem the make a joke out it. It’s NOT Very Funny when er have a President that breaks the law!
